These guys came today to upgrade our broadband. They were really polite & helpful. Offered help re moving a couple of bits & explained clearly what they were going to do. Made no mess and were considerate re closing the front door ect to keep the cold out. All was done quicker than i expected. Very happy. Thanks.

Absolute nonsense of a company. They cancelled a raised ticket for a fault, hung up on my wife then refuse to answer Vodafone to resolve the situation. Once my contracts up I'll move to someone else.


In reply to your request for further information what more do you need exactly? I've posted all relevant information but you may find this useful. Request for repair was made at 17.10 on 24th May via Vodafone as we cannot contact city fibre direct. Told that City Fibre would be out between 8am and 1pm next day.
No show.
Contacted Vodafone at 13.45 to be told city fibre had cancelled the raised ticket and weren't answering their requests for another repair. Eventually received a call back from Vodafone that city fibre would be out but not until 26th. Useless as my wife works from home using the internet and had to hotspot from a mobile.

An excellent and professional service! This installation straightforward task as there was a problem with the underground work that had been previously done in the street. However the men worked tirelessly and did not leave until they could see I had full internet connection. The cable was installed beneath the grass and the cut is scarcely visible. I am very grateful to Mat and the Rugby team

10-10 overall! WiFi is great, received text reminders before the installation date and on the day to let me know the guys where in my area! Guys that installed my box were all lovely and cleaned up after themselves also explained everything before doing any work and made sure all was working before leaving!

The connexin staff arrived promptly at 8am as my alloted appointment time stated. The staff were friendly, covered their shoes upon entering and worked quickly. They explained the process so I knew what they were doing and explained what to do if the broadband doesn't start up within the next hour. Very happy with the service already. Thank you. The two chaps who came were called Zachary and Brandon.

Absolutely brilliant service from CityFibre from start to finish. The installation was smooth, quick, and very professional – the engineers were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. Everything was explained clearly, and the setup was completed without any hassle.

The internet speed is exactly as promised – super fast, stable, and reliable at all times. Since switching, the connection has been flawless with no dropouts, even with multiple devices connected.

Customer service has also been excellent. Any questions were answered quickly and clearly, and communication throughout the process was spot on. It’s great to deal with a company that actually delivers what it promises.

Poor customer service. I was expected to have broadband installed and activated on 6th but only installation happened. I was told that there is a neighbourhood issue that will be resolved soon. All neighbours have now had their connection back apart from mine. Told it will be activated today as installation was not fully completed and till today no activation! Now been told i will have to wait till tomorrow to have it activated and I clearly explained I need this for work purposes!
