Poor customer service. I was expected to have broadband installed and activated on 6th but only installation happened. I was told that there is a neighbourhood issue that will be resolved soon. All neighbours have now had their connection back apart from mine. Told it will be activated today as installation was not fully completed and till today no activation! Now been told i will have to wait till tomorrow to have it activated and I clearly explained I need this for work purposes!
