The connexin staff arrived promptly at 8am as my alloted appointment time stated. The staff were friendly, covered their shoes upon entering and worked quickly. They explained the process so I knew what they were doing and explained what to do if the broadband doesn't start up within the next hour. Very happy with the service already. Thank you.
