Absolute nonsense of a company. They cancelled a raised ticket for a fault, hung up on my wife then refuse to answer Vodafone to resolve the situation. Once my contracts up I'll move to someone else.


In reply to your request for further information what more do you need exactly? I've posted all relevant information but you may find this useful. Request for repair was made at 17.10 on 24th May via Vodafone as we cannot contact city fibre direct. Told that City Fibre would be out between 8am and 1pm next day.
No show.
Contacted Vodafone at 13.45 to be told city fibre had cancelled the raised ticket and weren't answering their requests for another repair. Eventually received a call back from Vodafone that city fibre would be out but not until 26th. Useless as my wife works from home using the internet and had to hotspot from a mobile.
