If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been a loyal customer for almost a decade, always making timely payments. However, when a family emergency arose and I needed to cancel my payment for the first time, they refused to assist, stating that it was an automated payment and I should have called earlier. Other companies were able to accommodate me without issue. This added unnecessary stress during a difficult time; I’m done with this service.
