Completely sent the wrong flower arrangement and surprised my wife (who was out of town and sick) with a plant to grow outside. Well, that ruined the surprise and they told me they would call me back 3 times to make it right. They then proceeded to call my wife and make a sick woman take the flowers down to the hotel lobby in order to exchange for hers.They never called me back, never refunded, never discounted. Nothing except charging me full price to ruin a surprise and ask my sick wife to help fix it.
