Completely sent the wrong flower arrangement and surprised my wife (who was out of town and sick) with a plant to grow outside. Well, that ruined the surprise and they told me they would call me back 3 times to make it right. They then proceeded to call my wife and make a sick woman take the flowers down to the hotel lobby in order to exchange for hers.

They never called me back, never refunded, never discounted. Nothing except charging me full price to ruin a surprise and ask my sick wife to help fix it.

SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered flowers for valentines on the 10th of Feb, order confirmed, payment received, order number given. Valentine’s Day comes. I wait. And wait. And wait. And the flowers never arrive. I sent countless messages across all mediums, calling repeatedly, emailing, texting. No word. They never arrived. I wake up the next day, the day AFTER my ruined Valentine’s Day. And they’ve cancelled the order. They cancelled the fuck1ng order. With NO refund.If this is even a real company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will scam you, take your money, and not even attempt to deliver, nor make contact with you. I cannot stress enough, this is a den of thieves and no more, they will steal your money from you, regardless of the occasion.

Valentines Purchase Gone Wrong

I had purchased a bouquet for my wife 3 days prior to Valentine’s Day. I had the delivery day set to the Friday before to ensure my wife received the flowers in time for the holiday. Well the day came and went and no delivery. I reached out to the company and they stated that the flowers were delivered.i did my on sleuthing to I find out that they did deliver but to another house a half mile away from mine on the same road but a completely different house number. When I reached out to the company they refused to accept that they made a mistake a would not refund my money as they said that it was complete. I highly recommend you do not use this service.

Avoid this company at all cost

I ordered flowers on January 20th 2026 for delivery to my daughter for her birthday on February 2nd. Order confirmation email said payment would not be taken from my card until delivery but it was taken on January 20th. The flowers did not arrive until February 3rd causing me huge stress. I emailed on the evening of February 2nd and have yet to receive a reply. I phoned and did get to speak to someone twice but on both occasions I did not receive a call back as promised. After not hearing anything from calls or emails for over a week I sent a formal complaint requesting an apology and a refund for the shabby service. I warned them that if I didn't receive at the very least an explanation I would resort to reporting them to Trustpilot. Avoid this company at all cost. I regret not checking their reviews before using them
