I had purchased a bouquet for my wife 3 days prior to Valentine’s Day. I had the delivery day set to the Friday before to ensure my wife received the flowers in time for the holiday. Well the day came and went and no delivery. I reached out to the company and they stated that the flowers were delivered.i did my on sleuthing to I find out that they did deliver but to another house a half mile away from mine on the same road but a completely different house number. When I reached out to the company they refused to accept that they made a mistake a would not refund my money as they said that it was complete. I highly recommend you do not use this service.
