I have NEVER had such POOR customer service in all of my 63 years! When the (2) delivery men came with my sectional couch, they were missing a piece (of course) and after they had brought in everything, I went outside to have a conversation with them regarding some questions I had. I thought that they would have had the professionalism to at least come in and make sure I was satisfied? But NO! They literly dropped it off, and drove off!! They have LOST a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !!!
