I bought a car in April 2025, was promised a box of wine that would arrive after I purchased the car.
I bought the car unfortunately the wine has never arrived ... I chased by email to Sales person Kiran, I heard nothing, followed up in November and spoke to Nick Mundy on the phone was promised it would be sent, he said they use a third party for the wine and that was where the problem lay.
Still nothing as of 7/2/26
I only remembered all this after their service person phoned asking to book my car in for a service, you want my business and my follow up business then you really need to keep your promises.
