I feel compelled to share my negative experiences with the service from the company. Over the past year, I've faced numerous delivery issues with my local store, which relies on this service. Each time I place an order, there seems to be a problem. With freezing temperatures outside, I prefer to order delivery rather than shop in-store. However, when my order was half an hour late, I contacted the store, only to be informed that no one was available to deliver. By the time I finally received my order, it was over an hour late. Thankfully, I didn't need it urgently. Earlier, I attempted to use a free delivery offer I received via email, but was charged for delivery at checkout. When I called the store for clarification, the employee informed me that they couldn't help since the charge was through a different company. Good luck if you plan on using this service for deliveries from any store; you likely won't get much satisfaction.
