I feel compelled to share my negative experience with the service provided for deliveries. Over the past year, I've encountered consistent problems with deliveries from my local liquor store that uses this service. Here's the situation: every time I place an order for delivery, something goes wrong. With freezing temperatures outside, I prefer not to shop in-store or pick up my order. I opted for delivery, but after it was half an hour late, I called the store. The employee informed me that no one was available to deliver at that moment. Ultimately, my order arrived over an hour late, which was fortunate since it wasn't something I urgently needed. Earlier, I tried to utilize a free delivery offer I received via email, but when I proceeded to checkout, I was prompted to pay for delivery. Upon calling the store for clarification, I was told they couldn't address the delivery charge because it was managed by another company. That company was the one providing the service. Be cautious when relying on deliveries from any liquor store or other businesses that use this service. Set your expectations low, as you may find yourself disappointed. They aren't worth the trouble unless you're truly in a bind.
