I started with Citylight in September 2025. I sent my info to Joe. I couldn't understand his accent, so I get a call from Jack. Communications became sparse and I would have to repeatedly call for status. Finally, January my final draft is ready to publish. Then, Jack says I need to pay $5000 for printing. After consideration, I did. Then, Sam calls and said the last step is to Pay $4900 for customer payment insurance??? I explained I couldn't pay another dime and he started pressuring me.
