Absolutely useless courier service. My item has been stuck since 9th April without any movement, even after reaching the local distribution center. I called repeatedly, and every single time I was given the same lazy excuse “no driver available.” That is not my problem.
It took an entire week just to deliver, finally arriving on 15th April. On top of that, the customer service is terrible, my calls were clearly being cut off on purpose simply because I kept following up on an item that hadn’t moved for days.
Unacceptable service, poor accountability, and a complete lack of professionalism.
