Actually no star for City-Link Express. Very slow delivery. Put the blame on customer if they delayed the delivery which is can't contact us. But, actually they didn't contact us. Also bad experiences with the customer service. They leave us on the phone line without speaking any words from our complaint.
I had a very disappointing experience. My parcel has been held up with the service for over a month without any updates. As of now, there has been no delivery, no dispatch, and no clear explanation provided. I have reached out via email and made numerous calls to the support team, but there has been no progress. I was told repeatedly to contact the local branch, yet they failed to offer any solutions or valid answers. To make matters worse, several times my calls were abruptly disconnected, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. This reflects a complete lack of coordination and accountability within the company. After an entire month, there is still no update or resolution. This delay has resulted in significant dissatisfaction. I strongly advise against using this service if you prioritize reliability, communication, and professionalism. This has been one of the worst experiences I've encountered with a courier.

Do not expect timely delivery when your parcel status shows "Out for Delivery." It may take much longer than anticipated, regardless of any urgent notes from the sender. When trying to report the issue, communication is limited to automated responses. I'm still waiting for my parcel.
This is the worst courier service I've ever encountered. My parcel reached the local branch quickly, but then it sat there for a week due to claimed "manpower" and "congestion" issues, which I find hard to believe. Whenever I reach out for updates, I receive the same vague promises, but nothing changes. Today, after calling for updates, they hung up on me without a word. I suspect my parcel may be lost. The customer service is terrible, and I question the management's ability to handle such issues.
I sent a parcel on Monday from one location to another, and while it arrived the next day, it showed undelivered status until Friday. There's no way to contact the specific branch, and even the main Customer Service can do nothing but wait for branch updates. This is not the first time I've faced delays from this branch, citing insufficient manpower, which has been an ongoing issue.
