Extremely disappointing customer service. I was continuously transferred and calls were ended when I sought help tracking my parcel. The tracking website is ineffective as well, making it impossible to find my parcel. If I could, I would rate them -3 stars. There's a dire need for improvement in the customer support team and better training for the agents. Very rude and unprofessional.
