I used click & collect, paying on line. Was told my item would be available for collection later that day & I would receive a text when it was ready. I had checked that is was in stock at my local branch.Later as I had not received a text I phoned & was told they did not have one & it would be in on Monday. No text again so on Tuesday I went to collect it & was given the only one off the shelf. Will not go again.
