This is a response to the service team. Thank you for addressing my review. You mentioned that you have communicated with the store and that the issues are resolved. However, you haven't contacted me directly, and the matter isn't fully settled. I am still awaiting a follow-up from the representative regarding the scratch on the chrome shower enclosure panel. I was informed that they would reach out, but I have yet to hear from anyone.

Disappointing experience!

I ordered items online for local pickup. When I called to collect, I was informed that the items were not available locally, even though the website showed they were in stock. Later that day, I received a call saying the items had been 'found' in stock, but by then, I had sourced them from another supplier due to urgency. A refund has been issued.

Extremely poor service

I ordered a part for a Christmas fix, and they accepted it for collection on Christmas Eve. When I arrived, the store was closed! This was a very disappointing ordering experience.

Exceptional customer care

I got lost on my way to pick up my order due to bad weather. What the staff didn’t know was that I was dealing with heart pain. A staff member kindly waited until 5:00 PM for me to arrive and even offered me a lift into town. Thank you very much.
