This is a response to the service team. Thank you for addressing my review. You mentioned that you have communicated with the store and that the issues are resolved. However, you haven't contacted me directly, and the matter isn't fully settled. I am still awaiting a follow-up from the representative regarding the scratch on the chrome shower enclosure panel. I was informed that they would reach out, but I have yet to hear from anyone.
I placed a small order on December 23rd and received confirmation for same-day collection, but was told to wait for further communication. Unfortunately, I received no updates about the product's availability. A week later, I was asked to review my experience, and I initially rated it one star. The store later contacted me with a voicemail explaining the product was unavailable and provided an expected arrival timeline. I have updated my review, attributing the delays to supply issues during the busy holiday season.
