Absolutely the worst service i have ever experienced. Have stayed there for 1/2 year. It worked when it was through AirBNB, but through there own side it is truly scam. We have payed 20.000 czk to much do to a technical error by them, which they mean we should pay for (Ilegal). After checkout we received an invoice on 15.000 czk for nothing, which they will of course not get, because we know that they have done it to others just to get extra cash and probably won’t see the deposit either. There is no one who cares when you contact them, so it looks a lot like an illegally driven business who try to cheat on purpose.You can always contact me if you suddenly wanna try a fix your mistake.
