Beware CitySwoon. They do not give refunds, even when they themselves are the ones who cancel events. They'll give you a credit for a future event, but what if you don't want to attend?Their algorithms set you up with people who never show up, are late, or disappear without warning. When I complained about this behaviour, they not only took no action, but gave me a warning and threatened to terminate my account.In the past four months, I was assigned eight dates who chose to disappear. Two spent our assigned date in line waiting for a drink. Another chose that moment to "stretch her legs", though only for my round. At one event, five of my six assigned dates were no-shows. Again, no refund.If you draw attention to disrespectful behaviour, CitySwoon will label YOU the problem and revoke your membership.
