Thought I was buying a genuine Bulova Marine Star but ended up with a fake Chinese copy for the price of a genuine one. I complained and requested a refund. They sent me the return envelopes with a tracking number so all I had to do was take it to the post office. With overseas purchases there is a huge risk of not getting the refund after the item is returned. However, we kept up polite correspondence and the refund came back through Paypal without delay. I gave them three stars for turning things around with their refund service which I thought was commendable. I bought a genuine Bulova watch from Chrono 24 and it is perfect.
