I placed an order with City Watches from New Zealand in July. I had assumed they were a NZ based company due to their web handle. Unfortunately this is not the case, and the watch I ordered took longer than expected to arrive as the watch was arriving from Singapore. Unfortunately the watch was not suitable and I requested a refund. Their communication and time taken to respond was poor. The returns label process was a bit of a shambles and I ended up feeling like I was doing all the work printing labels, contacting the postal company etc. I sent the watch back and did not hear anything for a couple of weeks. I followed this up with them and they said there would be a 7-10 business day processing time....I am still waiting and its now September!! Poor service from citywatches.co.nz. I would not recommend purchasing from them unless this type of service is what you are hoping to receive!
