Marylee from CityWide was the preferred lender when I began the purchase process with my new Garbett Home. I at first decided to use a bank that helped me with my previous home purchase. About 2 weeks into it, they were not able to close the deal. I called Marylee's office and they picked up where they left off before I switched mortgage companies, and closed an extremely complicated loan within 2 weeks. We were shooting to close on the 1st, but it ended up being the second. Marylee's office was extremely accommodating by putting me in a hotel for the nights that I wasn't able to move in. Her entire team went above and beyond to make this happen and for that I couldn't be more appreciative. To add to it...Marylee is very friendly and so is everyone that I encountered at her office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
