Having previous experience with upholstery companies, I knew to be patient. A representative reached out to inform me that my logo was quite stitch-heavy, meaning each item would require a full day on the machine. I asked if some elements could be simplified for better manageability, and by the following day, I received a revised design that I approved. Just three working days later, my items were delivered! The preview didn’t showcase the exceptional quality of the finished product! I had some concerns about how they would turn out, especially since I spent more than expected on just two items. However, upon opening the package, I was thrilled! The coat and hoodie both displayed outstanding quality, and the embroidery was fantastic! My worries were unfounded, as both items exceeded my expectations! I'm very satisfied and will confidently return for future embroidered workwear. Thank you!
