A representative informed me that my logo was quite detailed, requiring a full day on the machine for each item. I asked if they could simplify some aspects for easier management, and by the next day, I received a revised design that I approved. Just three business days later, my items arrived! The preview didn't reflect the exceptional quality of the finished product! I felt a bit anxious about the outcome since I spent more than I had planned on just two items. However, upon opening the package, I was overjoyed! The coat and hoodie were both of excellent quality, and the embroidery was remarkable! I requested some components be removed to ease the process, and the next day I received a revised proof that I accepted. Three working days later, my items arrived! The proof didn’t do justice to the final result! I was a bit anxious about the outcome since I hoped not to be disappointed after spending more than I would have liked on two items. Upon opening the package, I was extremely delighted! The coat and hoodie were both of good quality, and the embroidery was top-notch!
