It took about a week after ordering before I was contacted regarding my requested embroidery as a new customer. (I have experience with upholstery companies, so I know to wait my turn). A representative called to inform me that my logo was quite heavy on stitches and asked if we could simplify it, as each item would need a full day on the machine. I requested some components be removed to ease the process, and the next day I received a revised proof that I accepted. Three working days later, my items arrived! The proof didn’t do justice to the final result! I was a bit anxious about the outcome since I hoped not to be disappointed after spending more than I would have liked on two items. Upon opening the package, I was extremely delighted! The coat and hoodie were both of good quality, and the embroidery was top-notch! My anxiety was misplaced, as both items were better than I expected! Very happy with both and will confidently use them again for future embroidered workwear. Thank you!
