DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY FOR PUERTO RIO TRANQUILO TOURS! We arrived at the location (after booking and paying online), only to be told by the third party tour provider that they are refusing to run any tours booked by Civitatis as they haven’t paid him since January. We contacted the company for a refund and they have not yet committed to refunding us despite us not being able to go on the tour and they said they have to investigate with the tour provider. We are caught in the middle of a business dispute and just want our money back. Whatever happened to the customer comes first?
