I’m very frustrated with how this booking was handled. I had reserved the Pablo Escobar Tour in Medellín & Comuna 13 for February 12, and it was cancelled at the last minute. When you’re traveling and have carefully planned your itinerary, a sudden cancellation like this completely disrupts your day.
While I understand that sometimes unforeseen issues happen, cancelling so close to the scheduled time is unacceptable. By the time I received the notification, it was too late to properly reorganize my plans.
A refund doesn’t compensate for the inconvenience, wasted time, and stress caused—especially when the refund itself can take several days to process depending on the bank.
I chose this company by recommendation so I know you can do better. I just didn't get to experience it this time.
Overall, a positive experience, though there are sometimes organizational challenges that impact the overall impression. For instance, a tour might be canceled, and you may only discover this upon arriving at the meeting point. Most of the guides are enthusiastic, lively, and convey the information effectively. I can recommend the service, but it's advisable to be ready for occasional scheduling or communication issues.

I signed up for what the city posters claim is a free tour. We were a group of five, excited about the architectural wonders. However, upon arrival, they immediately asked for 1.5€ for an audio device. Not free at all. I declined, wanting to uphold the meaning of 'free,' but my friends paid, as many do for small fees. The guide was knowledgeable but seemed more focused on enforcing rules than ensuring a good experience. The tour felt stagnant, with little movement and excessive triviality. Then came the demand for tips, presented in a humiliating manner. I chose to walk away, realizing that the concept of 'free' here was misleading. This service seems to hire guides randomly, lacking respect for the meaning of free tours. A perfect example of false advertising!
