TLDR: Bot support, broken autokey system.
So to start things of, I regularly use a wide array of keyshops. All have worked smoothly. Until this one.
I tried to buy myself a copy of EA FC26, you'd think it's an easy task. It's not. Atleast according to this site.
The order went through, the money was taken, but their autokey system just does not work. Its been literally 2 days. With NOTHING.
I message their support, get 3 copy paste responses telling me to "use the autokey system" the same one that I tell them in the message I have problems with.
I formally request a refund because I am just done with their inability to give me my product and a response that isn't copy pasted - and guess what, I got the same response about just using the autokey system. (the one that, you know, I told them numerous times is broken in my case).
I really don't recommend this shop, it's my first and last experience. I hope they'll actually just refund me and that I don't have to contact my bank over this scam of a shop.
If you want to actually receive your product, I really recommend ANY keyshop besides this one.
We needed MS Office for a friend's laptop. The key from CJS CD Keys was available immediately after purchase and was relatively easy to install. The instructions were fairly clear and easy to follow.

Bought a key for an antivirus software and even though the key was not approved for my region I could activate my three year plan by using a VPN and connecting to the region the key was for before activating .
Worked flawlessly and it was also a bargain !
Customer service is some of the worst ive ever experienced, told id have a resolution/reply with in 12h its now been over 18 sent multiple emails and no reply . Use G2A its cheaper and you acually get what you pay for 👍🏻
Stay well clear from this company nothing but money grabing sods that cant sort any think out ... i brought a 12 month xbox game pass ultmate and only got 9 months iv been fighting with this since jan 2026 and nothing at all then i get told i would get a refund now im not dnt want to help at all . So please guys stay well clear or have the micky taken out of you.
I bought a copy of Borlands 4 and the key I received had already been claimed. I contacted support and this lead to a two week back and forth with them. I got the run around had to contact steam to prove It was claimed. The first time I contacted steam, the information provided by steam wasn't sufficient. I had to contact steam again and had to make sure the key was visible in the screen shot of the steam chat, and also the time and date the key was claimed. Okay surely now they have everything.... right? 2 days later still no response from cjs support. Now today, two weeks after first contact, I FINALLY got STORE CREDIT. Not a refund or cd key. I purchased the game again hoping I had enough store credit, which I just barely did. I think this is the last time I'll ever buy from cjs cd keys. It's sad, I've been a long time customer for years but this is it. Think twice before buying folks.... cjs? Get your shit together wtf....
Great place to find great deals. Not the first time buying from here. Never had troubles 5mins tops to get the keys. Great place I recommend it and definitely will buy again from here
A good grade is due to the trust gained. I had a problem with the last game, but we managed to install it. You were also ready for a refund. Complaints are about slightly slower communication. You have to keep in mind that many people buy games this way for the first time and have problems installing them, especially since the language can also be a problem.
What a scam.
I purchased a Steam key for the premium edition of a game which was supposed to have all the DLC included. Upon redemption of the key, I found that I was only given one of maybe a dozen DLCs.
I contacted CJS and had to jump through hoops sending them different versions of essentially the same information via screenshot before they demanded that I contact Steam directly and try to resolve it with them, despite Steam having nothing to do with the issue.
I've found myself having to wait the mandatory two week cooling period before filing a chargeback with my bank because 'Cecil' from CJS is refusing to help any further.
