Review Time
The product was lovely and my friend loved the gift, once she knew who it was from. Unfortunately the gift note I wrote on the order was not in the package which spoiled the overall impact of the gift. I contacted NOTHS as they did not pass the gift message onto the seller. They have refused to acknowledge their mistake. I won’t use them again and will in future go direct to the seller to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Have used this company previously with no problems but recently ordered an item and have not received in over two months. Contacted seller three times- no reply. Contacted NOTHS- no reply after three emails. They ignore you if you have been scammed a seller. I will not order from them again which is a shame as they are meant to support small independent businesses but seem incapable of running a basic customer service division and have nothing in place to stop customers being scammed by sellers.
I must admit, if I had seen the reviews beforehand, I might not have placed my order. However, I can genuinely say that the candles I received are stunning. I've now ordered three, and each one is flawless. One is meant as a gift, and I’m sure my daughter will love it just as much as I do. So, don’t pay too much attention to the reviews—give it a try yourself! 🙂
I wish I had looked at reviews earlier. My experience mirrors what others have reported. I ordered two items for a birthday from different sellers. Both claimed they shipped the parcel on time, but the tracking information shows otherwise. Now I'm unable to cancel the orders, and neither gift will arrive on time. Based on other reviews, I'm doubtful they'll arrive at all. This has been a frustrating experience given the amount spent.
It's incredibly frustrating to receive a request to review a service when the issue is still unresolved. This indicates poor management and a lack of control within the company's systems. I’m going back to a more reliable platform!
I really wish I had looked at reviews before making my purchase. I had a similar experience as others. I ordered two items for a birthday from different sellers, both claimed to ship on time but didn’t follow through. Now I can't cancel the orders, and both gifts are late. I placed an order for a wedding gift for my niece, paying extra for express delivery, which promised next-day shipping. The next day, I was informed that they couldn't include my gift message due to a system issue! It was supposed to arrive on Friday, but today I received an email saying it will now be delivered next Wednesday, with no mention of express delivery. The tracking number doesn’t work, and contacting the seller is impossible without an account, which I don’t want. Overall, a very disappointing experience; I won't use this service again.
