I bought a psn top up for £30. Told me problem with transaction. Then I got confirmation from paypal. Confirmation from my credit card. Click on the PayPal link says nothing here. Click on the website to refund because had problems. Get nothing but a blank white screen when I tried to refund. Team were no help. Told them it doesn't show up on my paypal. What do they do. Asks for paypal transaction id. Told them it doesn't show I have a transaction. What is their next message. " oh we had issue on our end it was declined. Should be back in 3/5 days if not get hold of paypal. Because paypal is gonna help with a transaction they dont have lmao. What a joke
