Shocking company.
The first time I tried this company they gave me a game that had already been claimed, after a few nonsense emails I eventually got my code.
Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt considering the discounts, I attempted to purchase a second game, on a completely different platform this time. Big mistake.
Now over two weeks after my original purchase and being told a "maximum" 12 hour wait I still don't have the game. Each email is always aimed the same way towards a refund and not completing the transaction even though they still have the exact same game still for sale.
