Professional, helpful and fast service

Calling insurance after an accident is never easy. I was expecting to be on the phone waiting for ages but I wasn't, spoke to a real person in minutes. The customer service was impeccable. I had a dedicated file handler called Rik and he was very professional and clear spoken talked me through the whole process I was transferred straight to a replacement car and and had that delivered to my house in 3 hours from the incident

Rik was my advisor when my insurance transferred me to claimsline. He was so friendly and curious and dealt with me sensitively as I was very shook up about the car accident. I had to ask him to repeat a few things as I was in shock but Rik was really patient and explained everything fully. He told me what was happening clearly and what would be happening next. The curtesy car arrived the same day as my accident and was in immaculate condition and very much similar to my own car. Rik also asked me about any injuries in which I’d sustained. This was something I’d already been thinking about as I’d got injuries to my back neck and head. Rik passing me onto the solicitors was a very smooth handover and made things easier for me as I hadn’t got a clue where to start. I can not fault the service I received from Rik at Claimsline and I fully recommend him and the company.

Ben who i spoke to was absolutely lovely and very sufficient. Claimsline were very quick with a courtesy car which they brought to my front door within an hour. It was a very easy process and would highly recommend them.

After a not-at-fault accident Claimsline handled everything I could need to ensure that the overall impact was minimal, including having the hire car delivered to my house. I was kept well informed during the process and any questions I had were handled well. Given that any accident is a bad experience they managed to minimise the issues and make it as easy as possible.
