Hayden reached out to me after the…

Hayden reached out to me after the person at fault in the accident had contacted them. He was friendly, empathetic and efficient. By the next morning I had a courtesy car and the solicitor was in touch to discuss my claim because Hayden had dealt with it quickly. I felt supported and informed when I was at a loss what to do. Highly recommend for customer service and efficiency.

I was not in my car when it was wrote off, but that doesn't mean as it is less traumatic i was shaking didn't have a clue who to ring or what to do. The gentleman I spoke to calmed me down explaining what happens next and tried to put my mind at rest.

Can't recommend highly enough!

I can't recommend Claimsline highly enough. I spoke with a gentleman named Guy, he was my first point of contact after an accident and he completely put me at ease. He reassured me and got everything sorted sorted extremely quickly. If you are ever involved in an accident don't hesitate to call them.

I spoke to Catherine who handled my complicated claim with swift professionalism. She was kind and promised that my courtesy car would be with me asap….. 7am Saturday morning there it was. The driver was lovely and cheerful as well as Matt at Access Hire, who has had no end of stupid questions from myself.Whether my car is going to die or survive is another question….. but note to self, go to a garage that you trust, not one that will smash it into a nice steel ramp post!

A Job Well Done

Stephen called me the day after I had experienced a traumatic car crash. He was friendly, courteous and professional and had a courtesy car delivered to my front door within a day of the accident. He talked me through the insurance procedures and followed up with a courtesy call. He made a bad situation a little better.

Extremely pleased with the service.

I was unfortunate enough to have someone reverse into my car while parked.Luckily putting my claim in was made very easy and the process was laid out nice and clearly making it all very easy to follow and understand.My car was off to get repaired quickly and a hire car was delivered promptly so there was no trouble for me getting about.
