Went into the Milton Keynes store with my excited son. Went to go and pay and the manager walked straight past me served someone else who approached after me. Then I had to ask the lady standing next to the till staring into space to actually serve me. I would have left the store had my son not been so excited for his purchase. I told my partner what happened when he approached me by the toll and the staff heard me and didn’t apologise just looked at me. I complain. It said 3-4 working days to get a reply. It’s been 5 and nothing! It says not to email again as it causes a delay.Shocking customer service in store and on complaints! Won’t be returning.
