Extremely disappointing experience. I received my item a week late, after a promised delivery date, and it appears to be a used, pre-washed cardigan with no labels. I’m currently trying to return it, but they are asking for photographic evidence. After seeing this site, I am demanding a full refund or I will dispute the transaction with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "STORE". It’s a scam.
