I'm really surprised that this store has such a low rating! The shoes I ordered appeared appealing online, but that’s easy to achieve with filters. The company requested that I provide photos of my product to start the return process. They claimed I 'received the correct order' and would only refund me $12 out of the $70 I spent. They also cautioned that 'products and materials shown online may vary in appearance.' I received a low-quality pair of what they labeled as 'orthopedic loafers.' They were poorly made, too small, and very uncomfortable. Be cautious with this seller!
This feels like a scam! The merchandise is not suitable for wear. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. I spent $200 on poorly sized and crafted clothing. The pictures looked cute and the store marketed itself as a "Boutique". Refunds? That's a joke. They impose restocking fees and require returns to be sent back to China! I could have shopped elsewhere and received similar quality, but at least I would have been able to return it.

I'd give it zero stars if possible. I wish I had heeded these reviews before ordering. The clothing is poorly made, and returns are impossible since EVERYTHING is on sale and sales items can't be returned! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
This site is fraudulent. First off, this is not the place advertised! I bought shoes that didn't fit and were the wrong color. I attempted to return them within two days of receiving them, but they have yet to process my refund, despite their website claiming a 30-day money-back guarantee! This is complete fraud!

Their return policy is a trap, as everything is heavily discounted, preventing returns. It’s a waste of time and money. Avoid this seller!
The sweater I received was a cheap imitation of what was shown online, and it even arrived with a fake white shirt sewn underneath! Their return policy states that items on sale (40% off) cannot be returned. Unfortunately, all items are discounted, allowing them to deny your refund.
