The product I received was not what was shown, and it felt very poorly made. I ordered two books, but they didn't include the written instructions for the stitches as suggested in the pictures. I was shocked to pay so much for what I got. I also noticed I was charged for shipping when it was advertised as free. When I tried to return it because it didn’t meet my expectations and I couldn’t use it without instructions, I was only offered a full refund if I paid for return shipping, which was to a location overseas, even though the site claimed it was domestic. The site also implied a physical store existed. I've learned my lesson; I feel scammed. Currently, I am receiving responses from the support team, but I’m unsure if they are genuine. They offered a 60% refund if I kept it. They estimate return shipping will cost me over $30 for a $40 purchase. I’ve had no reply regarding my original shipping fees. We'll see if I actually receive my 60% refund. This service is extremely misleading, if not fraudulent.
