Do not order from this company!! I ordered a size small of a clothing item. They sent size medium. They offered to send correct size, but then later said they don't have it, offering me a 40% refund to just keep it. I said no--you sent wrong item and need to pay for return shipping and give me 100% refund. They declined. I am disputing charge with credit card company and all others impacted should do the same so they lose access to credit card transactions.
I received my order perfectly in time for the holidays, and I absolutely love the colors! I chose gold and silver, and they were just perfect. I gave the silver one to my future daughter-in-law, and she loved it, while I kept the gold one for myself. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend it to anyone.
The product I received was not what was shown, and it felt very poorly made. I ordered two books, but they didn't include the written instructions for the stitches as suggested in the pictures. I was shocked to pay so much for what I got. I also noticed I was charged for shipping when it was advertised as free. When I tried to return it because it didn’t meet my expectations and I couldn’t use it without instructions, I was only offered a full refund if I paid for return shipping, which was to a location overseas, even though the site claimed it was domestic. The site also implied a physical store existed. I've learned my lesson; I feel scammed. Currently, I am receiving responses from the support team, but I’m unsure if they are genuine. They offered a 60% refund if I kept it. They estimate return shipping will cost me over $30 for a $40 purchase. I’ve had no reply regarding my original shipping fees. We'll see if I actually receive my 60% refund. This service is extremely misleading, if not fraudulent.

I placed my order on 9/7/2025 and didn't receive it, so I started contacting them via email on 10/3/25. I received no response! I requested a refund and tried to cancel my order with no reply. After the credit was issued, I finally heard from the company (also under another name) but still had no tracking or order details. The order arrived on 12/9/25, three months after it was placed. They offered a 25% discount if I reversed the chargeback, but I refused, as the products looked nothing like what I ordered. They were very cheap and poor quality, especially for the price. It's basically overpriced.
