I purchased art from this company, which claimed it would be delivered by their own couriers, but it wasn’t. They also stated it was a limited edition print signed by the artist, but it isn’t. Resolving this issue with the company has been impossible, as they seem unaware of the breach of contract under consumer rights. They promised to send a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, but without a signature on the art, I have no way to verify this. What should have been an exciting first step into fine art has left us feeling deceived.
