I went to the gallery in Bournemouth and spoke with a fantastic representative. They assisted me thoroughly with every aspect of buying a painting. The entire process was smooth and very client-oriented. Since then, I’ve been in contact with them for additional pieces, and they’ve been consistently helpful and genuine. The delivery team was also excellent; they reframed one of my paintings without any hassle. The customer service is outstanding. I would wholeheartedly recommend the gallery and this representative.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the amazing and professional staff member at the Liverpool location. I unexpectedly purchased a painting, and the entire experience was magical and joyful! The representative offered me a glass of water, which I needed as I couldn’t believe my luck in owning such a piece. They also treated my niece to a lovely glass of wine. It was the most enchanting shopping experience I’ve ever had. The level of customer care and thoughtfulness shown has been exceptional. Kudos to the delivery team as well, who were friendly and made the entire purchase delightful. I look forward to buying more art in the future!
I have received my second commissioned piece. The service from the team at the Bournemouth gallery was excellent. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, turning my selection of images into another beautiful artwork. I highly recommend this company!
I purchased art from this company, which claimed it would be delivered by their own couriers, but it wasn’t. They also stated it was a limited edition print signed by the artist, but it isn’t. Resolving this issue with the company has been impossible, as they seem unaware of the breach of contract under consumer rights. They promised to send a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, but without a signature on the art, I have no way to verify this. What should have been an exciting first step into fine art has left us feeling deceived.
