My husband and I ordered a bench for our dining table on November 10th. Today, he reached out to the sales team for an update and was informed: "Hi, sorry we were unable to fulfil your order and it was cancelled. Regards, the representative." I can't believe that an order placed and paid for back on November 10th would be cancelled without any prior notice. This is incredibly confusing and frustrating. Now we have to scramble to find an alternative before Christmas. I will not be using this service again due to their poor customer support and will escalate my complaint.
