Review Time
Ordered a table that arrived just before Xmas. Emailed them in under 24 hours to say the first time we cleaned it the table had marked. Only using a damp cloth and only wiping food off, but table marked just from wiping it. Asked to return it as clearly not fit for purpose, but was told we weren't allowed. Then realised one of our extending ends doesn't fit so again asked to return it. Have cited the Consumer Rights Act 2015 but they have just refused. To note, that act sates any item that is faulty or not durable must be returned for a full refund if told within 30 days, but they don't seem to care about the Consumer Rights Act 2015, so I'm having to go to my Ombudsman to try to reach a resolution. This all isn't helped by their unwillingness to reply to messages. The only response I have had says they won't take it back because the table was 'handled incorrectly'. I assume this means 'used' (although they haven't yet clarified despite me chasing them for 2 weeks), but that doesn't affect my consumer rights.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Outstanding support before we even made a purchase. Our inquiries were promptly addressed, which boosted our confidence in placing an order. We bought a 3-meter live edge table with metal legs, and it truly surpassed our expectations. It arrived within the promised timeframe, and unlike other sellers, they had a reasonable lead time of just 3 weeks, allowing us to enjoy our beautiful table for our first Christmas in our new home. The quality is exceptional, and the legs were easy to assemble. Incredible value and much more competitively priced than other sellers offering similar styles.
My husband and I ordered a bench for our dining table on 10th November. Today, he reached out to the sales team for an update on our order and received this response: "Hi, sorry we were unable to fulfill your order and it was cancelled. Regards,
Sebastian" Excuse me? We placed and paid for this order on 10th November to ensure it would arrive in time for Christmas. I am baffled as to why a company would cancel an order without notifying the customer. Now, we are left struggling to find an alternative before the holiday. I will never use this service again; the customer support is appalling. I will also be escalating my complaint to the ombudsman.

We are overjoyed with our beautifully crafted new dining table. It was simple to purchase, arrived on time, and we only needed to set it up in the dining room. Within 20 minutes, we were having dinner on it! We absolutely love it. After searching many furniture showrooms, we struggled to find a long, non-extendable table. This one is a perfect 2.75 meters in one piece! Just what we needed. Communication was prompt and accurate, which I greatly appreciated.
Review for the wide table (200x112): This table has far exceeded my expectations. It’s gorgeous and exceptionally well made, with meticulous attention to detail. Honestly, it looks better than many tables I saw in local shops but at a fraction of the cost! The finish and craftsmanship give it an expensive appearance. I’m thoroughly impressed and highly recommend this service. I will definitely shop here again.
