Sebastian" Excuse me? We placed and paid for this order on 10th November to ensure it would arrive in time for Christmas. I am baffled as to why a company would cancel an order without notifying the customer. Now, we are left struggling to find an alternative before the holiday. I will never use this service again; the customer support is appalling. I will also be escalating my complaint to the ombudsman.
