Firstly… try to sign into their website and see how many options there are to share your data… Really Clarins? I have spent an inordinate amount on your products (which are great, less the face pressing tutorials by teenagers). But don’t teach me to suck eggs. I’m really considering changing my skincare. Your products are unbelievably good. 5+ stars. But you’re targeting the wrong demographic. And your tutorials should be given by people who understand your market! If you want people to buy your incredibly expensive products, maybe you should target those that have cash to spare? You’re going for the short term cash injection when the long term would reap more benefits. I’d still spend my money, but not if a teenager was telling me what to buy. Sorry. Old enough and wise enough to spend my money elsewhere.
