Despite being a multi-million pound company, they are extremely reluctant to refund £22 for an item that was misrepresented! After I expressed my dissatisfaction, they requested several things: photos of the front and back of the item, a picture of the serial number from the bottom of the package, the receipt for proof of purchase, and a photo of the actual item. Now, they want me to visit the Post Office to return it! What a frustrating experience with this company... truly embarrassing!
I truly find it hard to grasp the negative feedback regarding this brand. Having shopped with them for over 15 years, my experiences have consistently been excellent. Addressing some concerns mentioned by others:
Delivery times: The brand does indicate a longer delivery timeframe compared to certain competitors, but they reliably deliver within the stated period. They provide various courier options, so it’s advisable to choose the most dependable one for your region. The delivery information used to be lacking (more due to the courier than the brand), but it has significantly improved recently. Product quality: I’ve noticed that some products work better for my skin than others, which is typical for any skincare line. There have been complaints about recent ingredient changes in items like the double serum and lip balm. Personally, I've been fortunate and enjoyed both the previous and current versions, though I understand that the new formulations may not work for everyone. The brand has offered older versions during sales events, so I recommend stocking up, but I believe that if many customers leave negative feedback on new products, it could prompt the brand to reconsider them to boost sales. Regarding sales: They offer some of the most attractive discounts and gift promotions, plus three samples with each order (especially during major sales). These promotions and the frequent updates, along with their loyalty program, are far more generous than many other skincare brands. Customer service: I once contacted customer service about receiving the wrong complimentary gift, and they were very courteous and helpful. When I explained that the substitute gift was not suitable (it contained only men's skincare items), they allowed me to keep it and sent a more appropriate replacement. Perhaps I've just been fortunate; their products suit my skin well, and I prefer being given a realistic delivery timeframe that is met, along with having a reliable courier. I haven't had to interact with customer service often.
I am thoroughly impressed! I placed my order on Black Friday, and it arrived the very next day (despite being informed it could take over 5 business days). Everything was flawlessly packed, with no damages, and all items were included! The gift with purchase made the upgrade to a pricier set worthwhile! Great job by the company - I will definitely shop here again!

Be cautious when ordering! I love the products, but unfortunately, I'm still missing a pricey item from my last order. I can never reach customer service by phone. Eventually received an online response stating my missing item would arrive on a specific date, but three days later, I still haven't received it.
This is the second time this year I've bought a cologne with a defective spray. I was informally told there was a known faulty batch in circulation, yet the company continues to sell these items. I've lodged multiple complaints but have been asked for various proofs, which I can't provide as I discarded the packaging and receipts. The company is aware of this issue but seems uninterested in resolving it. Their customer service is appalling!
It seems my experience is common; the spray nozzle on the Eau Dynamisante stopped working after just two months. The same happened with the first bottle I purchased. I'm very disappointed, especially since I've been a loyal customer for years. I will not buy this or any other products from the company again, as the quality clearly isn't up to standard.
The company positions itself as a premium cosmetics provider and charges premium prices. Like many others, I received the Eau Dynamisante with a defective spray (twice), rendering it unusable. While I understand that faults can occur, the fact that the company is aware of this issue yet continues to sell the defective product shows a complete disregard for customers. A company's true character is revealed in how they handle problems, and the company's response to these complaints has been unsatisfactory. I will no longer support such a business.
The product is a lip balm that comes in a small glass pot. Its thick consistency makes it difficult to use hygienically, as you end up getting some under your nails. Additionally, the small pot slipped from my fingers and shattered, leaving tiny glass shards everywhere. I contacted the company regarding my dissatisfaction with both the product and its packaging, but their customer service was lacking. You can't reply directly to their emails, and they ignored my concerns. I do not recommend this product.
