Despite being a multi-million pound company, they are extremely reluctant to refund £22 for an item that was misrepresented! After I expressed my dissatisfaction, they requested several things: photos of the front and back of the item, a picture of the serial number from the bottom of the package, the receipt for proof of purchase, and a photo of the actual item. Now, they want me to visit the Post Office to return it! What a frustrating experience with this company... truly embarrassing!
