Warning: I believe this company operates in a misleading and potentially scam-like way.
I cancelled my subscription on 9 March and have written confirmation from Clarity Check that it was cancelled. Despite this, they still took another £29.99 from my account on 5 April.
When I challenged this, I was initially told that a refund had been processed. After repeated chasing, they then changed their position and stated that no refund had been issued due to a “no refund policy.”
They are now attempting to justify taking money after cancellation by referring to a “billing cycle,” which was never clearly disclosed or agreed to.
They have also failed to provide clear details of the policy they are relying on, despite being asked.

I have now escalated this as an unauthorised transaction with my bank.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to provide this company with their payment details.
