I had a very disappointing experience with ClarityCheck.
I do not recall knowingly creating an account or agreeing to any paid subscription, yet I have been charged 30 EUR without clear and explicit consent. This kind of practice feels misleading, especially when it involves automatic billing after what appears to be a trial.
After noticing the charge, I immediately contacted their support team and requested a refund, but the process has been slow and unclear. It is frustrating that customers have to go through this much effort just to resolve an issue that should not have happened in the first place.
Transparency is extremely important when it comes to subscriptions and payments, and unfortunately, this was lacking in my case.
I strongly recommend others to be very careful when interacting with this service and to double-check any trial conditions before entering payment details.
I hope this issue will be resolved promptly, otherwise I will be forced to take other measures!
