Really bad customer experience and the agents there are miss-reporting the truth to sell you products that then you understand that it's a scam. Over the past 7 months, Clark has (i) forgotten to submit my taxes, even after I paid them and did all the arrangements and had to remind them several times until I got a notice from the Kanton, (ii) Completely ignored my messages for a discussion on my pillar 3a for several months of no-one responding to me (i was emailing 4 people), (iii) they lied that I would be able to take my money out from pillar 3a without a penalty but now they are asking me to pay up to 4K to do so, resulting in a big loss for me for this process. They are very unprofessional and really there is no need to hire them for whatever reason. There are great companies out there but they are not one. Super unprofessional.
I had a consultation with Joe, and it was very productive. I came in with a request to set up a new pension plan, and Joe provided a detailed explanation, answered all my questions, and guided me through the entire paperwork process. As a result, I was able to sign the pension plan documents directly during the consultation.
I returned this item because it was faulty, but I have now received the same faulty item back. I clearly mentioned in my return request that the item was defective. Could you please explain why it wasn’t checked before being sent back to me?

He gave me a good overview over my options, and I could make the best choice with how I wanted to structure my long term finances. He did a follow-up to make sure all my documents and applications were in order, and that I signed up for the right web portal access to manage my account on the insurance provider.
We had an average to poor experience with a very junior Swiss tax representative who did not know anything beyond the basic tax saving methods you can find on Google. They were much more interested in upselling us on moving our pension - clearly commission motivated.Cap that off with the fact that she laughed at how much tax we were paying and said that it is thanks to us the streets are so well looked after in Switzerland!Then after they achieved their upsell when we needed them for some follow up work - the contact had left and the entire team went entirely unresponsive despite many emails over weeks.I submitted a request masquerading as a new client and had someone call me within 30 mins. Priority is new business not client retention. Classic short sighted tech company - smells like naive leadership and direction.Worth spending a bit more money for a more professional service.
